Dalian Gangye Forging Co.,Ltd was a joint-venture established in 1985 with Gangye Valve Manufacturing Co.,Ltd, of Japan, currently the factory covers an area of 10000㎡, located in Tanglinangou Industry Zone, Hongqi Town ,Ganjingzi District, Dalian, China. The company is mainly involved in precision die forging technology development and batch production. 

Currently, the company is equipped with a forging production line with the MP3150 Model hot die forging press manufactured with German EUMUCO technology as the main machine, meanwhile, KS900A bar shearing machine, 800KW intermediate frequency induction heater, and ADP200 two-point press are also serving in the company. The factory is equipped with independent die technology design and development capacity, CAD is employed, numerical control machine tool, profiling milling machine, and so on are employed in processing of various dies, to ensure the precision and quality of the dies. The factory is equipped with perfect forging parts subsequent processing capacity, and we are capable of normalizing treatment and shot blasting treatment, etc.

Both Chinese and Japanese advanced experiences are referred to in the management of the factory, to ensure keep each link improving, computer control system is employed to control the critical equipment, and critical work stations are equipped with facilities and equipment monitoring and recording system, therefore, the reliability of product quality is ensured. The product quality is stable and reliable, and 100% of the ex-factory products are qualified. Quality management system has been established in accordance with ISO/TS16949:2002 standard.

The maximum annual production capacity is around 3000T ~4000T/year and the current product covers almost all kinds die forging parts which lighter than 20KG including automobile forging parts, valve forging parts, locomotive forging parts, instrument forging parts, household appliance forging parts, engineering and mechanical forging parts, etc.
